I was not planning on getting either game but there is a combo pack exclusive to X-box 360. You can get both games for $69.99 when MLB releases in March. This may be a deal worth taking a look at. In the past the MLB game has not been as good as the "The Show" according to most of you guys who have both consoles. NBA is usually pretty good but the online mode has struggled.
Anyone getting it?

I picked this up. I wanted MLB 2K12 and hell for $10 more, I just grabbed the combo pack. Kind of wishing I didn't as I like to have cases for each game..not fan of these combo covers lol

Yeah no doubt - i like to be able to resale my games on half.com after I get tired of them. I guess the value of these games is gonna be lower now anyways but whatever. Figured we would try to get some leagues in to see if they will work out as well as our Madden leagues.
